Shipping policy

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME

Bolinder Stockholm aims to ship your order within 1-2 business days after you have made your order on the webshop. Generally, if you place an order before 11.00 AM CET we will ship it the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

  • Sweden: 3-5 workdays
  • Europe: 5-9 workdays
  • Rest of the World: 5-15 workdays

SHIPMENTS

Sweden

Shipments within Sweden are free of charge.

Nordic Countries

Shipments to nordic countries free of charge for orders exceeding 300€. For orders below 300€, we charge 25 EUR.

Europe

Shipments to all countries within Europe Union are free of charge for orders exceeding 300€. For orders below 300€, we charge 35 EUR.

Rest of the World

Shipments to all countries outside Europe are free of charge for orders exceeding 300€. For orders below 300€, we charge 45 EUR.

DELIVERY INFORMATION: POST NORD

You will get an email notification when your order from Bolinder Stockholm has been shipped. PostNord will deliver your parcel to a hub near you and you will be notified by SMS when the delivery has arrived. Therefore it is essential that you give your mobile phone number when you register your details.

IMPORT TAX AND DUTY

For customers outside the EU (For ex. Norway, the UK, and Switzerland)
When ordering from countries outside the EU, you will need to pay import Tax and Duty according to the local rules in your country at the delivery of your order. Therefore the order value does not include Swedish VAT. The amount of Tax and Duty to pay is different in every country.

PAYMENT

Customers from Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, the UK, and the USA can choose Klarna as a payment gateway with several options such as paying directly with a credit card, or bank account, or paying later. All information will be handled by Klarna, and Klarna stores your payment information.

For all customers, we have Shopify Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal as our payment gateways. You can pay directly with a credit card or choose to use your PayPal account. These gateways store your shopping information.

UNCOLLECTED DELIVERIES

A package sent by Bolinder Stockholm webshop with PostNord or other delivery companies will be kept at the delivery hub for approx. 14 days. If you don’t collect it, it will return to Bolinder Stockholm and you will be charged for the costs incurred. 300 SEK within Sweden, 50 EUR in Europe, and 60 EUR in the rest of the world.
